Bad experience at the hotel, stayed for about a week, I needed to because I had a personal affair to attend. Crowded old neighborhood. Staff are friendly, but the vibe is depressing inside the hotel. Structures are old, food quality is “meh”, AC was not working properly. Internet speed is fair. OI gave it two stars

Air conditioning not working, i complained twice but not fixed so the changed the room but again it wasn’t working in new room. It was fixed after an hour. Bathroom shower was malfunctioning and had intense cigarette smell. I had paid for half board meals but they said it wasn’t included so had to call booking customer care so finally they agreed.

F & B quality of food and quality of service were abysmalCouldn't even make a simple soup or panneer chilly right. Tables were not clean, serving dishes were not clean. Chapatis were dry. Aloo was half cooked and lacked both salt and chilly. Dinner was a disasterI made the mistake of going in for breakfast too and the story repeats. The tea flask had not been cleaned in a long time. The person attending has never heard of the concept of Hygiene. Room was super small. toilet was a struggle to get in and out ofI have not a single reason to recommend this property to anyone

It was dirty, the staff was bothered by having to help, and multiple things did not work. I did not feel safe here as a solo woman.

Good and approachable location specially to major commercial centres and markets. The staff at desk was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was excellent

The staff, their prompt service and the breakfast menu.

The room I stayed in was noisy. Full night some motor like noise was present. My colleague's room was stinking with a smoking smell.

No ventilation in room. No window for fresh air at all.. Felt suffocated quite a few times.

Really a nice hotel with net and clean room , close proximity from my visa work place.Tgey have very good kitchen staff who prepare delicious food.

The room provided was all wet, it was like a swimming pool inside the room. The room quality and set up was below the rate charged.

The sheets and blankets were dirty and smelly, bathroom pipes were leaking. It was not worth the money I paid.

The hotel is located 11 km away from the airport.

The pictures of the premises shown in Booking.com and the actual venue have differences (the pictures of the main building is not a part of the hotel and it is a government organisation). It is misleading. The people at the front desk are rude and least helpful and inapproachable. They aren't interested in solving an issue if it arises. The bathrooms are not up to the mark, it doesn't feel clean. The overall room experience is shady. The linen and towels are of low quality.

Staff was supportive and well mannered.

All rooms, lobby smells of smoking. Less staff for room serviceMinimum toiletries, no floor mats infront of washrooms, geyser is only on after you call them in the morning. Rooms sizes are small then expected or in pictures.

Decent spread of Breakfast. Dinner was alright

Very poor staff response, etiquette, front desk operations. Came across too many people demanding change of rooms while I was there. Cold breakfast.And, the rates were nearly as much as Radisson Blu. I chose jrd purely due to a proximity issue.
